Lineart by Brian Lucey

Liked the way this guy inked so I decided to CG a pic of his and see if I could learn anything

Messed around with is a bit, and came up with most of it while drunk, so it was quite a struggle getting it moderately sensible by the end of it, but Im fairly happy with it.

*edit* image shack being lame, so heres a quick DA link in case it doesn't show:

What can I say? The CGing skills are pretty awesome in this, especially on the wings. That's gotta be the favourite part for me. If you're interested in more CGing, I got a piece of lineart you can have a go with, if you're cool with it.

good show old bean!

Good job on the CG, tho it's tobad u didn't leave the little puppet guy on his back, but eh,wat evers. the flame job is really cool!, tho it seems the skin and such isn't"grungy" enough. like the skin seems to clean 4 a zombie,... i don't know how to really explain it, maby if u put a texture underlay, and had it really small it would add just tat little touch.

but, eh, just my idea. good work overall

Very cool pic Jats i like it a lot head is very cool particularly like the shading on the hair reflecting the glow from the "firey wings of death".

Only think i can raise a small point that the not quite so glowy hand still looks like its giving off light but it doesnt seem to cast any light on the legs. Obviouslt if its not supposed to be giving off light ignore me
