this is my first pencil of anything other than a head, what do you think? I know i forgot the other end of the lance!

mmm a little blah.. but still good work tho y is is sword comeing out ? does he magical mind powers to do so? or could he not afford a larger sword sheath? hehe. i'd say work on lines a little more they seem a little squwirmish.

also u might wanna add a little more depth into your guy, he seems pretty flat,2d exe....

nice go tho, keep it up!

Try going over bits in a thicker pencil - like his arm, his torso, his head, his skull shoulder pad etc. Line width variation can make a lot of difference to whether or not a picture looks flat.

i say make it look 3d ish and add like texture and fell to the pic also if your going to have a skull make it really evil looking

hmmm yes i agree i think that the shoulder pads look more evil than the ace lol but yeah if you transfer the qualities of the shoulder pad to his face you will have a good picture. also where youve placed the six pac looks a bit wonky, and instead of drawing it in I think it would look better if you'd lightly pencilled them in and made it more 3d looking by shading and highlighting.
