One above is quite nice, yeah agree with Bomu if you want to do that. Think you posted up the lineart for that one some long time ago, I remember seeing it. I like your light shine in that potion. You may want to make the neck lines not go up the full way to their face is all.The boy is quite starving looking. If I recall aren't the two behind him bandits and he is trying to get food or something? Maybe I'm just thinking of something else.. I like your background was it intentional to have the sort of sketchy faces/figures there? 
Oh, I think I might see what your trying to reach with that character now.. Anyway on this one since you're trying to make a freak out of her how about try using, more of a long/slim face and try to elongate the eyes vary the shape some. You could keep them down when she isn't doing a odd psycho pose.. it would give a more crazed emotion and freak look. You could probably anchor the hair a bit more and have it pop out randomly in different areas. 
On the lines, your cloth folds seem to be way to wavy sort like a fluffy sheep. I'd say add some more straight lines and give them a soft curves/cringes as they bend. Other than that I have no clue, if you wanted the hand to come out like that. It's rather small to her body yet it's closer to us even making it smaller. Possibly add some lines on the ribbon were it breaks on the tops. If your a bit clueless on how cloth folds look just look around try to draw some you should get a decent understanding. 
Oh are those things on her head are they goggles, perhaps a slight lens shine on them and I'd say add a hatch type attachment that holds them on the headband?
