Now i should really be working so i'll keep this short...Looking better than your earlier works no doubt
Eyes are nice shes standing up straight
Other things i have noticed are that your chars never sem to have hands (we all know they are hard but if you dont do them you will never get better at them) and a lot of them seem to be on the left side of te image with part of them cut off! Personally i think it would be better for your drawing to improve if you were to draw full body pics as this will allow people to comment/crit your annatomy more easily which will in turn hopefully improve your drawings.
My main crit is that the lines big and black they draw to much attention perhaps try and narrow them down a bit or if thats par of yor "style" then personally i would change it a bit and go for narrower cleaner lines. By all means use thick lines to sketch out the pic but i would then (assuming your doing this all on the PC and in photoshop/illlustrator) create another layer make the original line-art layer a template make it blue or red (i go for blue personally) fade the colour a bit and then redo the lines exactly how you want them on the new layer.
The way i do my pics is to work in pencils then scan the pic at a reasonably high res move it into illustrator ink it up then move it into photoshop for colouring. The advantage of inking in illustrator is that because it uses vectors rather than rasters you can scale the lines to the size you want (bigger the better
) without having to have a really high dpi scan and without losing quality.
Now my not long post has turned into an epic semi-rant...
Oh and another thing sometimes when CGing i find that a final piece looks better with the line-art coloured as well (i think there is something on that in bomus tutorials) but thats all personal preferance!
