Whoa, checks eyes do we have Bomu's Apprentice here looks at platform heel shoes. Nice, soft bookmarks you made the coloring here reminds me of those embossed things that you rub over to get a fast shade fill. Hell, I don't know what they are called but this is defiantly very girly looking. 
Just some small comments, never intend anything to be changed anyway specially on colored pencils.
The one on the left
The only thing that really could've be slightly better is her legs, try not to position everything towards us directly. Just, could've had them a bit more rotated around to her waist should be in good alignment to her hips I find it gently odd it's nothing major.
Her eyebrows seem to just look connected a tad of spacing, a tiny difference in level, or a bit arch would've been pleasant.
The one on the right
Hmm, looks like there is a breeze of wind riding right up her legs. I guess she is standing over some vent or odd magic effect. Mostly can tell just by looking at the tail cape you have, haven't seen something like that in awhile! Also the way how the hair and staff cords show it as well. 
The only cloth part that looks out of place to me is her armguards. They are too plastic/solid and ride all the way apast her elbow to her wrist. It makes her look like her arms are stretching distorted.
The scythe looks massive to her and the way she is holding it behind her back tilted up high just with one hand is painful as hell! I don't know which would break first.. her spine or her wrist. Try to add some story in them.. (what's happening)
Love the skirt, but if you are intending a upward wind the tails on the skirt side should somehow cringe and flow up over and fold somehow if the material is light on some edges.
