Very nice, Anime Angel. This is rather good, I think you really got that pure innocent feel going on with that double hit of yellow against the purple in her hair.  Hmm, yeah I do agree with what Tri Kento was saying. I believe it's a bit hard to tell where her lower torso is at to where her hips/thighs actually start. (curves on waist) Really, there is nothing wrong in how you done that as they start since your going for elegant look there.. I think what is probably missleading is where her knees should be at. I think you where trying to get a uplifted look, her chest should somehow be arched upward and with her thighs down laying back; but the lower legs the one overlapping to us is coming towards us slightly still yet going back more.. It's really just field of view going on but you can push more for it, nice start!  Basically, same thing I said to KaiserD make it visually intent if you dare, it's well worth it once you learn to break that bound your stuff will look impressive and hell way better. FOV "Field of View" is all about bringing your stuff to life.  (just don't go off the wall with it some people do it so twisted it makes me gag) Tips on the wings, try to start from the top tips and fold the feathers inward/outward this depends on how far the wings are expanded. Expanded make the feathers outward, slight gently folded make the feathers inward/gently rolled. That is probably the only major noticeable thing here. Shame you ran out of room or didn't care but try to make the wings soar/roar go berserk or be soft as bird.. (take note wings have layers ~ and fold out and have a overhead that can fold ~ so experiment) Also you don't have to fully show there is 5toes/5fingers on hands/feet it's really creating the effect. (sometimes you can just pencil the body instead of showing them all) Anyway, I had a amazing image pop in my head when I saw this. You made me curious too see what potential you have now, I hope too see someone able to pull off something outstandingly shocking on this board yet. Good start, hope that helps some..
