Drew it, scanned it, colored it with the infamous Photoshop. It was my first color, I'm proud, even if it sucks.

Hands are never easy things to draw, so you've done yourself proud. But the colouring could still be massively improved. As a first CG, you've not made the mistake of allowing that scummy/pixelly white boarder newbies tend to get inside the line art. That's good. As far as rendering goes, there's really nothing there to critique other than a few small airbrush stokes that looks as though they only took 10 seconds to add - This is something you need to work on. Make it look cool by adding high contrasting shadow and highlights. Use a mirrow and lamp on your own hand for reference if that helps.
