Hi there Hellangel. Compared to other people's CGs I've seen, yours aren't that bad.
I think a lot of people that do good CGs are just people that know how to colour with any medium. It's all about knowing where shadows fall and how much light is absorbed by different materials.
For people starting off, I'd recomend lots of practice with PS, PSP etc, as well as studying light and showdow in real life- set up a lamp in your room and make pencil studies (concentrating on lights and darks). In addition CGing tutorials can be a big help. Try here: http://www.polykarbon.com/tutorials/index.htm
Here: www.comiccolors.com
Or here: http://www.psionic.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/

Im sure if anyone else has some personal tips, they'll let ya know

Thanx! Well I guess its not that bad since I only started to Cg last August. I'm also pretty young in terms of fanart like on TZ in FAC me Im prolly one of the youngest along with my pal JDR. I'll try a tutorial as i've never tried it before I just got my technique from myself which explains a lot.
In your tips section if you cover Cg i'd really like to follow that as your CGs are out of this world!! They rock! you have to be one of the best artists i've seen. I'll add you to my faves list

I'm not sure if this'll be of any help, but if you're still starting out with PhotoShop, check this out:

I havn't linked it from the main site yet as I'm still checking it for bugs
