there there, just keep practicing and maybe u will be almost as godly as me one day (almost) lol just keep trying. i myself have at least triples my skill as of 6 months ago. all it takes is time and ard work, and getting help from others also improves you. shit, try copying stuff (not tracing, lookin and drawing) thatll help you out.

Yeah, just practice practice, draw any time you get.....unless it's not that big of a deal to you.

I think that I improve in every drawing.....hopefully.

I'd like to be able to draw well, but I think the fact that I can't stems from my impatience. I'm quite an impatient fellow (one of my biggest flaws).

Maybe I'll start sketching or something during my days off when I'm bored, instead of sitting on the computer all day.

sitting on the comp all day is probably what makes you impatient. (i know from personal experience) get out, have some fun, chill with ur homiez , get a job, then u will be all set/ just try it

Yeah sentient, I used to spend all my days watching TV -since it's so much easier than pysically doing something. But now I have a computer and I'm in the same situation! But I find if I get into what I'm doing and get get the wheel moving, it's a lot easier and then I actually start enjoying it!

But don't sweat it Weretiger. I wanna write music and stories, but I'm no good at it and I wanna be a pimp but it ain't gonna happen!

hey don't say that. I thought the same ten years ago. four years after that i was still thinking the same. It's only in the last five years that people started noticing. and only about three when people said i was good. and this is from non artist people.

Took me frigging ten years to get to where i am! and i've still got a mountain to climb.

if you wanna draw then just copy to start off with. may feel cheap but once you're ok you can start free styling.

Practice Practice practice its all in the mileage you get in moving the pen or pencil.
Loomis wrote what people eqaute to talent is actually skill... just keep it up and save everything you do and youll start to see your progress which will help feed your desire to get better!
You can doodle too while your on the computer.. i usually do some kind of drawing while im on the phone or even while im online. It doesnt have to be perfect just get the mileage!
