this image is mine...and this fireseal859 stole it. They didnt ask for permission and when I find out who it is they are so fucked.

very true...what have you done to catch them out? have you contacted the website to tell them the shirt design is stolen? i don't have any experience with this but thats the first thing i'd do...you can back up the fact that it is yours with the photoshop document with the layers...

If you look at the image...in the bottom right hand corner is my signiture...i have the original line art on paper and I have my photoshop file.

I emailed the company and told them to take it down...i wish i could email this person

Ick, that really sucks. He has lots of other images in there also, that are obviously not his. I can't believe he's making money off of other people's work.

cked up. I can't believe that guy (if it is a guy) didn't even bother removing your sig (ok i can't believe he stole your pic and is actually PRINTING it out for money either).

KDM you might wanna check out this part of the site if you haven't already - it deals with the Copyright Policy of the site:
copyright policy from that site

And here's the e-mail address (from that site) people should mail if they have their work nicked.

This really really really sucks. At least he hasn't made any money from it yet - i checked the number of prducts sold. Hope you get this sorted.

Thats so cheeky. Bad enough when people steal ya stuff, put it on their website and said they made it, but when people actually make a profit out work that isn't even theirs it pisses me off big time!

Hope you get it sorted KDM. I'm sure in court you'd win your case hands down but as far as the internet goes, it's one big free for all >_< Makes ya wonder if anyone else here has had thier work stolen, without knowing about it?

It's dissappeared now so who knows? Maybe they even snatched it of this board and read this thread?

I'de be flattered if somone stole my work (like that will ever happen), but yeah, its just the whole idea of taking credit for anything that anyone else has done is just not right, period. If they even asked me and just said "can we use this" and made money off it that is fine. At least your work gets out and around.

Bleuch no1 does that with my stuff no wonder it sucks! Anywayz looks like its gone and they left it alone.
On TZ there was an artist who was really loved and did amazin work but the older generation were suspicious seein as she was only 14. Eventually they found out she stole it and claimed it as her own she was never seen again. I guess they learn their lesson.
