anyone knows where i can find a a program to make GIF animation i need some for my website.

you can do it in photoshop/imageready

basically you have to have photoshop and imageready...what i do is create each new frame in a new layer...click on the eye next to each layer to make it invisible, or as i tend to do, adjust the opacity to zero (i like to do things the hard way)..."jump to" imageready where the thing will be waiting for you...then for each new frame click on the eye again to make the layer appear...repeat this process for each new frame...btw, once a layer has been used remeber to make it invisible again..
