I'm not all that new to Photoshop, I have 7 and use it enough to be semi-proficient, but in tutorial, they always refer to paths, they seem to be some kind of miracle device. I was wondering if anyone knows what they are and how to use them.

Sorry not using Photoshop, but I think it has to do with the linetool(propably vector lines).

Can be totaly wrong on this however.
