ok ppl, i done a few drawings and scanned em onto photoshop and CG'd them...but the pencil lines arent very solid...they're all scratchy...is there a way of making the lines look darker and more solid in photoshop or something?
i wud b grateful for any suggestions...

Option 1 (the easiest solution) is to ink them. You can do that with nibs and such (and chinese/indian ink in a seperate tube) or pens liek Sakura Microns (like mine). You can find alot of information about different kinds of nik pens on the net. It takes some time until you develop a steady inking hand, tho (especially when using nibs).
Option 2 is to trace the line-art onto a clean piece of paper. Still, it's hard to make them look as clean as inked pictures - but Ben (Bomu) seems to be doing a good job in that department
In the end, it's all about preferences, but in any case I strongly suggest you don't scan the original (rough) pencil sketches, unless it fits a stylish purpose.

edit: oh, you can ink them in photoshop too, but in my opinion, it's quite bothersome and doesn't necessarily give the same nice results. If you insist on inking digitally, I suggest using Painter with a graphics tablet.
