MAN i know this will probably sound super- n00by but anyway my dad went onto photoshop for somereason and decided it would be fun to dlete the layer palette that is usally there on screen which i kinda need to finish colouring my drawing so can anyone tell me where i get it back from ive been looking in layers and view and i cant find it ( this is photoshop CS btw incase its different on the versions )

On the tool bar, select "window" - then check the "layers" option. The Layers tab should then reappear.
