-------------------- Ezekiel 25:17
The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he, who in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of darkness, for he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who would attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know my name is the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon thee.

You can ink lines using a brush, dib pen or fine line pen. I'd personally recommend fine line pens when you're starting out. The line is perhaps not as organic and flowing as a brush or dip pen, but it's a lot cleaner and controlled. You can try looking for pens at your local art supplies shop or stationers. If you're interested in buying ink for drawing/painting purposes, use India ink on thicker paper for best results.

For inking your line work you'll just need the black ink. Did a quick 5 second search on Google: http://www.homecrafts.co.uk/html/product.asp?cat1=4&cat2=273&cat3=1119 -is probably what you're after. You'll be needing brushes or dib pens to apply it. Inking's something I know little about, so can't recommend any particular types.
Colour inks can used for painting, similar to water colours. Masamune Shirow was a big fan of the medium 'till he got into digital.

It's funny the massive variation of techniques, materials and processes that artists go through. I used to use any old India Ink and it worked just peachy, usually it's the paper that screwed me over in the end. Somewhere, I decided to switch to a Rotring fountain pen. It might not be the manga purest weapon of choice, but it works for me. In the end though, all ink and paper is equal, cause it all gets redrawn on the old compy anyway...
