I draw on lined paper, (which I shouldn't since the line ink leaks light blue when wet, is incrediably thin, and doesn't help with the fact that I want to CG and experiment with it) and I want to be able to CG this really nice picture I..... doodled.... (or sketched... if you want it in artist terms, heh). Is that possible? Yes, I am willing to do hours of work on it

but excluding that, is there another way? like some way of taking all the blue out of the picture and then cleaning it up or sumthin?

A] Don't draw on lined paper in the first place.

B] Lightbox or Trace over the image.

C] Delete the blue colour channel after it's scanned and in your graphics software.
...I don't know elements, but search the help files for "channels" and see if there's a way to delete channels or change certain colour values by increasing the brightness etc. For example, on the full version PhotoShop, eyedropper the blue colour, then Image- Adjust- Replace colour. Set the lightness to 100% so the blue becomes white, like the BG (I've not tested this, but in theory it should work!)
