hey bomu whats with the severe lack of new drawings in ur gallery? ur hand broken or sumthing? :P or r we busy?

Well in my "humble opinion" he is more then likely really busy, and he has been doing tons of drawings in those speed paintings section.
Or he might be like me, he does tons of drawings then pics the ones he likes and , then puts more effort into it, witch endes up taking me like 3 weeks lol .

Hehe, hand's ok- as Tri said, I've been adding to the speed painting thread every day.

But you're right- no updates to the site since *checks updates page*.. May! I know I've been saying this for ages, but I've been working on a new site design and it's taken basically since May to get it completed! I'm still adding the finishing touches and don't want to upload it until it's fully complete...

As far as personal art stuff goes, I'd like to do more but am put off by the fact I suck unless I take several weeks to complete one simple character drawing! I'm sure I'm not the only one here reluctant to even pick up a pencil, knowing I can't draw to a standard I'm happy with.

SO... at the moment I'm just doodling for fun unless it's work related, because then the money is worth stressing over producing some quality art

I hope to start producing more decent full CG pics soon after the site's outta the way. Just gotta figure out a few issues I'm having with my art and I promise to at least do one decent pic for Christmas.

How about everyone else? I've noticed there's not as many people posting art on the board recently- is that 'cos no one's drawing, or just not posting?

Well as most know the artist is his/her's most critical critic, and because of that I feel with the new skill I gained I still feel nothing is really worth being called art. So until I can be satisfied with my line art I have no real intention to post any "Art work" sketchs I might. Depends if u guys want me to. I got about 2 huge piles of sketchs , it just seems nothing really seems to appeal to at the moment , artist block I spos. ^_^

*chants* KENTO POST SOME ART KENTO POST SOME ART heehee - yeh i c wot u mean bomu, the pics r lookin pretty cool in the speed drawings section, cos u dont have to stress n worry bout them being perfect...thats the same with me ill draw soemthing n spend ages n then out comes the rubber n it ends up in the bin or something lol as i said im gonna have a doodle n post somethin up...might try n draw something later 2day but in th mean time im busy doing coursework

but yeh kento def. post sumthin ur most happy with its good to see people's pictures

I drew a bunch of really good sketches and now I'm afraid to pick up my pencil... because I might draw something that looks like a baby did it.
