Well it seemed since I didn't get an art class this year at school, I'd have alot of time to fill up the brand new sketch book I bought, but sad as it might be it seems I only got like 5 pages left and the really scary thing is this was my lucky sketch book, I had just started to really improve, I'll post my new picture in a bit but first I'd like to ask u fellows a question.

When I went to buy my sketch book from "staples" there were lot's to choose from, some came with less papper but higher quality, some came with tons of paper and so so quality paper. Wat seems to work 4 u chaps ? brands of sketch pads/books would help.

- I tend to go for cheap printer paper for most of my stuff. It's still good quality tho- called "Rey Text and graphics paper/card". I think it's made by a German company and don't know if they'd sell it outside of Europe. I get it in packs of like 200 sheets for a fiver (about $15 canadian).

You could try hunting down some sheets of Bristol board- it's what most pro comic artists use, but it's expensive. At the end of the day, go for cheaper stuff providing you like the feel and texture of it 'cos like with all art supplies, it comes down to personal preference.

opps sry about wrong spot , I thought since it was about my great lose and me buying a new sketch pad that it would be acceptable there, neh

Any ways I have tons of computer paper about 500 sheets. I like sketch books more tho, u can carry them around and not have to worry about losing all your papper in the wind lol. I was also think about picking up a mechanical pencil since my old one has hit the dust and it shall never return. and my new pencil set is kinda a bother to lug around.

I use cheap printer paper to scetch my works, then I just send um in to photoshop

sad news, I was in regina(the big city) and I forgot to get my sketch book. I ended up wasting my whole time at this place called to matrix(I told some of u before about this place, in short it's place 4 online/network computer games I enjoyed it lot's tho

it was well good.
