Once again i call upon the power of the OM forum

Erm, anyone know how they get words n speech bubbles n VROOOM n all that typa junk onto comic strips?

Well, for speech bubbles, you can always use stencils if you're doing it all by hand. You could also scan your comic and add speech bubbles using some sort of computer program. You should be able to find one on www.download.com

well its normaly done in grafik programs either directly in photoshop/paintshop pro, or in a seperate layout program like ilustrator.

Its rather simple make a new layer over your drawings, and add your speechbubble and text on it (use vector objects).
