i draw alot of manga pictures and they go great until i have to draw the hands, most of the time i just hide them behind their back or something else but then they just all look the same... helps me please!!!! any advise or suggested tecniques r very much appreciated.... sorry about the spelling errors

I used to spend time just drawing my own hands and after a few weeks practice, I found things much easier and since they're always close by, they're an easy source of reference.

I used to be clueless on how to draw hands too, but I got these books and they helped alot:
The Art of drawing manga (Ben Krefta)
How to draw manga (Katy Coop)
and more, (6 more to be exact),

THANK U!!!!!!!! im so very grateful peoples and this will help me alot, im really just tired of trying hard and never getting any where but yay!!!!! now i have a little bit more insight into this heheh thanks again (must learn to spell right)

I agree too. Im not the greatest with hands either, but I've found the best thing to do is just use ovals lightly for the fingers and a rounded square for the palm. You can expand from that. Hope it helps.

pro artist hey, cloud??? well if ur offering then i shall accept... it sux monkey ears when u get frustrated over something so minor in a pic but yeah... ur help would very much be welcome... i needs alot of help!!! and no shay it doesnt help!!! ive seen ur stuff and it kicks me out the window several times *sits in the corner sulking* but practice does make perfect yay!!

(how come this smilie looks like it being forced into somethin?)
