Okay, just wanted to make sure that I nailed the coffin this time, so I downloaded the same .eps baloon files and tested them. I'm guessing Photoshop 5 at the time was pretty crappy and doesn't open .eps files, but I'm 100% sure that Photoshop CS does, so if you are going to spend money, might as well be the direct route. .eps is the standard vector graphic format, standing for something like encapsulated post script. It's not something you chuck into a folder and expect to work automatically, it's an active, graphic file, and the stuff they handed out at blambot are basically cookie cutout templates that you can cut and paste. If you're not in the mood to invest in PS CS though, I'm pretty sure that there should be plenty of shareware and freeware that you can find on the net that can read .eps though. It's a pretty common graphic format used frequently for print work and CAD, no point spending money for a program that can do such a simple operation. I don't know exactly what your computer is armed with, so I can't give you a straight plan of action, but most any vector program can read .eps, since it's the most common vector graphic format. Of course, you can always take the alternative route to getting commercial software as well. [ 26-02-2005: Message edited by: Zephos ]
