well for me...i never liked using 2 images of a person lets say..that are about the same size....also maybe you should try to do some edits on the actual photo...
the ol duplicate/blur/softlight-overlay always works

hey i was really wasted when i posted this topic. i'm amazed i got the link right.

Metalman: the photo on the left is edited by me. I've added eye shadow around the eyes (purple). The eyes them selves are 'brightened' up to seem kinda glowing. The lips are also touched up to make them more redder. so there

and yeah the other photo doesn't really fit does it? oh well try again. and again. and again.
