also one should look into sites with tutorials - Ive seen several requests here for manga 'tutors' and I don't really see how that could work both as the artist is likely to be busy, and also I can't see how much profit there is on trying to give art instruction on messenger opr something. I would advise looking for tutorials on the web, which is the way many of us started. Bomu has a very good colouring one on this page, and there are also some on polykarbon.com, and howtodrawmanga.com, which cover more basic principles of drawing, starting with shapes like cirlces and whatnot. once youve had a crack, you can host your images on deviantart.com or somewhere free, and post them places like here, where you can get critiques from other artists that might help you hone your skills.

*Agrees with Jats*

Most of the good or even half-decent artists on the web have got better things to do than give up a large part of their time to help people they don't know, rather than get on with their own more satisfying or profitable projects.

Also to a large degree getting good at art ONLY comes with practice. Floods of art newbies have this misconception that if they get told how to do it, it'll make them a good artist. In reality, that's about as truthful as telling someone how to ride a bike. At the end of the day, the only and best way to learn is to physicaly do it on your own.

(Slightly off-topic, but still on...kind of) It's the same as anything in life, there is no hard and fast way to get good at something, basics need to be mastered first and then practice is the key to getting better.

Lol I wouldn't quite see it that way. Besides, a dream is only as worthwhile as the effort put into it. To return to the point, look up the tutorials on this site (or Bomu's book) and the sites Jats mentioned.

The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he, who in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of darkness, for he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who would attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know my name is the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon thee.

If you realize it's practice that make you better and you don't mind that, you're half way there already!

Sorry this is going a little off topic. A simple final answer to the "can you send me pictures" question- Here's a much better idea:
1: Turn your computer on
2 Log on to the internet
3: Go to www.google.com
4: Type "manga", "manga artwork", "anime gallery" etc into the search field
5: Click a link from the search results
6: You have now found manga pictures!

- It's not a tricky and dangerous procedure to follow, but a few weeks practice and you'll want to use search engines for everything
