I rate Vegeta would kick Goku's ass all the way to hell and back

Well if u were to watch the show for all it's many countless episodes, you would know that in about the 3 or 4 fights goku and vegeta have, goku wins all but one. he loses one fight on purpose and that is in the Boo saga...so yea.

I guess but when ever Goku trained to once again save the world or has already done so he is aided by someone else eg Master Roshi and some other people like the ones who taught him instant transmition while Vegeta had trained by himself and so was never a fair fight. Also most of Goku's moves he was taught them unlike Vegeta who made all his own moves. In every fight Vegeta has always come close to beating Goku and on countless occasions Goku has admitted that they are equally matched thus in a fair fight it when both have trained trained by them selves and are on the same level it would be safe to say that Vegeta would win

mmmm not true, what about when goku was going to kill freeza, he trained by himself in the ship for quite awhile.

And when the androids came to be, both goku and vegeta trained for equal time in the hyperbolic chamber for the same amount of time and goku came out way stronger.

the only reason goku is "stronger" is becasue he doesn't fight for the sport of it, like vegeta, he fights to win no matter what, and tri... if u remeber goku and gohan cam out of the time chamber early, but vegeta did manage too asend to super vegeta. besdies without any chance what so ever gohan, if he wasn't so soft, could beat them both to pulp... remember he's a sayin jin which means his emotions control his power level, or more simply the more anger he feels the power he has

(Note excuse my bad spelling of DBZ names and terms, i haven't ranted about it in along time)

Look, the question was who would win, and as history shows goku would win.

(also if u recall when goku and his son are in the chamber goku reaches asend super sayin as well, then he realizes that being big makes him slower so they start to train by staying as long as possable as a super sayin.)

So as you can see goku would more then likely win, i would put it as Goku:85% Vegeta: 15% chance of win.

I agree with Neo Wolf except for the part about Gohan. Gohan would never be able to beat them ya he meight have alot of power maybe a beit close but he does not have the right fighting style nor the eperience , he is more of a thinker than a fighter. Also Goku was aided as he had the techonoledgy in the space ship to alter the gravity and so thus was aided.

mmm and vegeta never used thoses machines.... But wait he did! when he was training for the androids...mmm what a shame.And he used the training machines while trying to become an SS1

so is spos vegeta growing up in family of proud warriors and leaders, he would have no training what so ever for combat?... i think i prove my point. The question isn't weather or not how fair it is, it is as is.

Goku would win the fight.

I for one like vegeta more, but facts are facts and that's all their is to it.

Hell YA Vegeta kicks ass and I agree with sckoolgirl except that Goku also grew up fighting had been fighting since he was small as he had defeated the Red Ribbon army when he was a kid

Vegeta grew up fighting to. he went in many battles with his father and such. no one had a real advatage..

look ok the only last thing to look at is when goku and vegeta fought at ss4 vegeta defeated goku at their max anhd if that doesnt prove it nothing does goku with his stupid orange jumpsuit ok i mean like the android saga goku died of that heart disease and because he was stupid when he went supersaiyan it mutated and spreaded faster love,family,virtue these are the tools aof a lowclass fool a saiyain prince had no need for such weopenry theres plenty of e[s where it was clear goku isn't what he appeared

we all know vegeta is sexy and would kick Goku's ass anyday. he let Goku win because he felt sorry for him, since Goku's such a wimp.

But sadly, as Tv plots go, the hero must win to make for good kid shows, thus no matter what, Goku wins, sad but true. Everyone wants the under dog to win, but it reall never turns out that way.

he seems to use up loads of power in a sohrt ammount of time, alot more confident and care free than goku
