Might need somthing to occupy my time so im asking for any PS1 titles you could recomend. I'de preffer RPG's.

I find more traditional games are hard on the eyes cause of the pixelation (especially the really 3D games), but RPGs and games like resident evil arn't due to their structure.

Games are cheap too, and it was probably the best system for RPG's ever. I just don't even know where to start, I havent played it in ages!

what Sentient said above (except for FF8 - man i really got bored of that game), plus:

Chrono Cross (sequel to the brilliant Chrono Trigger - which i think can be found in the anothology mentioned above)
Xenogears (if you can find it)
Metal Gear Solid (i know you said you didn't like 3D games but this is really good.
Vagrant Story (the same applies as Metal Gear)

Here are some others that i know exist but have not played:

Saga Frontier 2
Breath of Fire (number 4 i think)

I'm playing Final Fantasy X right now on the PS2 and it is . I thought i wouldn't like it as much as VII (my fav) cos the style wasn't anime (i just prefer anime in console style RPGs) but it is truly amazing.

Street fighter Alpha 3, Tekken series, Soul Edge/Blade, Metal Gear Solid, Resident Evil Series, The King of Fighters series, Silent Hill, Ridge Racer series, Time Crisis, Final Fantasy 7 & 8(RPG), Breath of Fire 3(RPG), Suikoden series (RPG), BomberMan And lots more, I'm sure

well I'm not a playstation man but two games I clearly can recomment (tho not rpg).

are soulblade (the predecessor of soulcalibur).

And Ghost in the shell.

Based on the mangas instead of the movie.
A nice tank 3d shooting game (hey you're driving a fuchikoma how cool is that).

And the Anime FMV is great and propably allready a good reason to buy it.

Yeah, I own FF VIII and IX, I've seen so much of FF VII that it kinda ruined it already for me (playing somone elses game way into the game already, ruined the plot ex...)

FF IX is scratched and wont play because I let some kids use it and they destroyed it in return by not putting it back in its case and it got used as a coaster more or less, same with VIII but I can't tell if it will play or not because I'de need to get to the point where the worste scratch is. I've beat it already anyway.

Thanks everyone! I'll keep em in mind, I know there are a few other RPS but can't recall their names. I know (I think) theres a seecret of Mana sequal is that any good? I'd like to find that and then i could play it with somone else at the same time that would be cool.

wel my list runs pretty parrallel to the others

ff VII VIII IX tactics, anthology, Chronicles (gotta love chrono trigger)
Metal Gear Solid
Gran Turismo 1,2
Genso Suikoden 1, 2
and theres a few others that I cant remember right now, but I will post when I remember.

If you have chanel 219 they sometimes show burried treasuers the games that are for the older systems that are good for like gameboy clor ps1 nintendo 64 and dream cast... good times good times

I just bought "Bishi Bashi Special" for PS1- great little party game and totally recommended for multiplay!

Also, Xion could you please crop or ditch the sig pic- It's cool, but anything over 50 or 60 pixels in height ends up cluttering the board!
