I've really liked the Zelda games but I've lost all hope in nintendo after they made the "wind waker" game. that really took them down to a whole new low. no matter how good the storyline, handling, sound or wat ever they had no right makeing such crappy graphics on that one. 4 that I will never buy another zelda game.

I think at this point Gamecube soley is depending on this new zelda game for it to actually make some sales and get Gamecube out of the gutter from proceeding to make a repeat of the n64's long time decent game release legacy. All these recent good games seem to be heading towards Xbox and PS2 while GC is lucky enough to get some on their side. Other than that Gc is lacking once again in the variety of shooting and action games compared to the other console system exclusive games.

If it weren't for Zelda games I'd most likely become an xbox or ps2 fan a long time ago. Although the next generation game consoles I'm not sticking with nitendo anymore because they've disappointmed too many times already.

The new Zelda game is perhaps the only game I'm looking forward to because everything else seems to be taking ridiculously too long to release and there's only so many times I can play Soul Calibur 2 before it becomes too repetitive.

I own Metroid Prime and I have no intentions to buy the sequel. The way I see it, the game is basically the same gameplay with some new weapons, new worlds, other new stuff added but when it comes right down to it your basically playing a more improved Metroid game which is fine but I just don't want it as bad as other players.

The new Zelda game is going to be somewhat different from Wind waker as far as I can tell and I've always enjoyed playing anything from Link to the Past to Windwaker games. Zelda so far has never disappointed me which is another reason I stick with Nintendo because they always tend to do a great job and put in so much effort into the Zelda games. In a way that is kind of unfortunete because they should do that with all of their games, but you can't please everyone.

These are the games I own
- Super Smash Bros - Melee (reason why I bought GC)
- Zelda: Wind Waker
- Blood Rayne
- Prince of Persia: Sands of Time
- Spider - man 2
- Burn Out
- Soul Calibur 2
- Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance
- Metroid Prime
- Bloody Roar
- Enter the Matrix
- Splinter Cell
- Star Wars Rogue Squadron
- Resident Evil
-Eternal Darkness
- Hitman 2

I see a problem here with some of the games. At least Half of these are all available on the other 2 game console systems while I only have a few good exclusive Gc titles that I like but they get repititive way too fast, at least for me. The other 2 consoles offer many more games and while some are only decent, that is better than how many nintendo has to offer thus far. I was looking forward to buying Starcraft: Ghost but of course that is yet another game that gets majorily delayed to be released.

I only envy my Gc for a few reasons.Having Super Smash Bros melee, a wavebird controller and the easiest to use controller compared to the other console's controllers , and waiting for the newest Zelda game to be released.

The GC is a party console but not just a party console the remake on resident evil was amazing which is more than be said for the shockingly crap playstaion version. Nintendo has advanced is and brocken through the "childrens games" barrier and is producing amazing games and zelda is going to be the best game of nect year nintendo has never diaspointed me and they probly wont do in the future.

And... the gc has more gc only titles than playstion and x-box put together yes mario has kinda gone on for to long but unlike playstion nintendo only let TOP QUALITY games into there sales chart playstion release any odd "home made game" into there chart x-box is almost as good as gamecube in there sales chart that is.

basicly gamecube is the ultamate console GC FOREVER

p.s sorry bout the double posting i have a reli bad computer.

Sorry, to say, but the new Zelda game looks kinda shoddy. If they put all of the work into graphics, that leaves me to wonder what the gameplay will be like. As well, GameCube does have okay graphics, but I would imagine that it could be very glitchy... I would just like to say that X-box and PS2 are the way to go, as GameCube has no online play, they aren't getting the big hit games (except I am mad that they didn't port Harvest Moon) and well, I just don't like the super small discs. I my opinion, I just don't like GameCube, and well, if I can't have an opinion, I don't like you either.

I just thought I'll add, I loved Wind Waker the graphics did annoy me...at first but the gameplay made up for that. Some of my fondest christmas memories are spent playing that game aaaahhh! Can't wait for a new one, I gree that Gamecube is pretty much crap for games, apart from the Resident Evil remakes. Good job I have a Ps2 also hehe
p.s. I have bought Metroid Prime, but never bothered playing it past the first few mins, I found the game really boring, I'm not entirely sure why
