this is a concept of the evil dude for my story (possibly manga) and his ...pet.

does he look evil/bad guy enough?

yeah i think he looks really cool! but i think he would look alot more evil if you had a lot more hair coming over his face instead of just those two strands of hair

ask evilone hes the expert apparently

yes i am:
you want to show the cruelty in his facial exprestion and make him jacked up with major weapons of mass destruction and make him like the coolest guy ever. don't make him goofy!!!!
and have him grinning. an evil smile is always appreciated

It could be just me, but ... this looks like a ruff drawing on Sephiroth off of Final Fantasy 7 , and the movie advent children.

lol, well i kinda based him on kuja from ff9, but changed him, i think long whitish hair looks good. ill fix up some stuf and repost it later.

Nice characters and good design! Its really good that you can draw the entire body and also spice it up with different flowing poses.

its good but you could put some eyes in because with that kind of hair it should not shading much and the dragon or whatever ill use "pet" could be fatter and maby wings could be added just a sugetion
